How To Purchase Tickets

Box Office Walk Up:

Tickets can be purchased by visiting the Genesee Theatre Box Office. There are no additional charges for tickets purchased at the Box Office. We accept cash, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. A matching ID must accompany all credit card transactions. Personal checks, money orders, or travelers checks are not accepted. No refunds or exchanges.

Sunday-Monday: Closed

Tuesday- Friday: 11am-5:30pm

Saturday: 10am-3pm

Online Ordering:

Ticketmaster is our only authorized online ticket seller. Visit our Upcoming Events page and click on the show of your choice for a show description. If the show is on sale, a “Buy Tickets” icon link will appear—click it to order tickets through Ticketmaster. Tickets can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additional Fees/Service Charges may apply.

Note: Tickets purchased from third-party sites like Vivid Seats and Seat Geek cannot be verified by The Genesee Theatre Box Office. We are unable to assist with issues with these transactions.

Tickets can be purchased by calling The Genesee Theatre Box Office at 847-263-6300 during Box Office hours listed above. Additional fees/Service charges may apply. 

Will Call:

Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up as early as 90 minutes prior to the event time on the day of performance. The customer must present a picture ID and credit card to pick up tickets.

Gift Certificates: 

Gift certificates are available by calling or visiting the Genesee Theatre Box Office. Certificates can be mailed; however, they must be redeemed in person at the Box Office.
